Oil Portrait Done

I think I'm done with day 6's portrait now. (See WIP photo in the link.) I really love the smooth and creamy texture of the oils. I just found that the Shiva oil sticks were hard to control for getting detail. I took some suggestions from the comments and used some Pitt paint pens and they helped a lot. Still not the same as using a paintbrush though. :)

This one is from a sketch that I did for day 9 I think. Anyway, I used it to paint today's face. Acrylic, water-soluble crayons, and charcoal. 9"x12" paper.

Here's a WIP for today. Hoping to further develop some of the recent WIP sketches into paintings this weekend.
